Research On The Development Of Informatization Talents In Hubei Province

The informatization is the main trends of the current world economy and social development and an inevitable result of new economy. The informatization level has already become the important signs of international competitiveness, modernized degree and economic growth ability to weigh a country or region. Hubei province is advancing informatization construction according to the development strategy that "informatization drives industrialization, industrialization promotes informatization". In order to accelerate the informatization construction paces in Hubei province, informatization talents are the key , so Hubei province should put informatization talents' development in the outstanding position, set up informatization talents' development system which meet the needs of informatization sustained development and promote informatization talent's advantage form, so as to promote the informatization and even whole economy and social development in Hubei province.This thesis regards informatization talents' development of Hubei as the theme of studying, regards informatization talents' important status and function as the realistic background, considering the informatization development reality in Hubei province and the current situation of informatization talents' development, set up the informatization talents' development system and security system in Hubei province. The thesis consists of five parts.Part one, the author introduces the concept of informatization talents and informatization talents development, emphasizes the significance of informatization talents' development and the opportunity and challenge faced in the course of informatization talents' development in Hubei province.Part two, the author analyzes current situation of informatization talents' development in Hubei province through horizontal and vertically comparison of informatization talents' development and higher educational train comparison, find out the existing problem of informatization talents' development in Hubei province.Part three, the author puts forward the goal of the informatization talents' development in Hubei province from some aspects contained quantity, quality,structure, etc.Part four, the author sets up informatization talents' development system in Hubei. based on the analysis of three parts above from two aspects of development organizations and development methods .Part five, the author puts forward the corresponding policy of ensuring the informatization talent's security and suggestion to the safe of talents in the informatization talents' development in Hubei province.
