Urban Logistics System Optimization

With the acceleration of global integration process and high-speed development of economics in China, the total freight volume increases year after year. Due to the various needs of customer, the relative needs to modern logistics gets intensely and logistics industry planning in city has been put forward. Logistics industry of China comes into late and the way of logistics planning is not so mature. It's a very big adventure for China to make use of the way abroad directly without considering the difference of situation. Therefore, under the condition of China, it is great significant to discuss constructing the logistics industry planning in city.The Urban Logistic is a complex Large Scale Systems, the essence of city logistics system planning is the a kind of controlling. By the analysis of city logistics systems this paper gives the hierarachical structure of city logistics systems. And according to this structure this paper gives the factors concluded in the city logistics planning. Different organization has different demand to the distribution planning of logistics infrastructure .This question is put forward in this paper in order to discuss logistics industry planning in city and impel the plan of in China scientifically and reasonably. In the article , we will propose the key step and relevant methods of the development plan of the urban logistics. On the base of analyses of the distribution of Zhuhai logistics nodes and areas, structure of logistic carry force, the level of logistic communication, the volume and the direction of freight, the problem and the sticking point of Zhuhai logistics are summed up, development stratagem of Beijing urban logistics is put forward. It shows clearly the way of Zhuhai urban logistics.This text be divided into four parts. The first part Include the first and two chapter, this part mainly introduced background and groundwork of this text. It also introduced basic conception of logistics and urban logistics and the meaning of develop urban logistics.The second part Include the third and four chapters , ithas mainly introduced several research steps of urban logistics system optimization, including the service function of urban logistics and market analysis urban logistics system optimization design, and put forward research contents and some main research approaches in these steps among them .The third part Including chapter five, in this part we will take Zhuhai as an example and carry on systematic analysis with the urban logistics system optimization method, and state the practice meaning of planning with this example. It analyse and propose Zhuhai city logistics system planning , guidelines , development strategy , overall goal and planning frame of construction. The fourth part is a conclusion, it mainly make a summary to the research contents of this text.
