Under the background of fierce competition between Chinese banks and foreign banks in the domestic market, this paper has studied the bank CRM(Customer Relationship Management) based on business intelligence technologies. The biggest disadvantage between the Chinese banks and the foreign banks is service. How to strengthen customer relationship management and improve quality of service is an urgent problem that Chinese banks have to face. And Applying CRM is the key to this problem. CRM is a kind of management theory that focused on customer. Its realization needs a serial of software based on business intelligence technologies. Firstly, the paper combined the concepts of CRM and the features of banks to analyze why banks need CRM and how to Apply CRM. Secondly, the paper discussed CRM concepts could not realize without the support of information technologies especially the business intelligence technologies. Next, the paper studied the specific application of the business intelligence technologies in the bank CRM according to the business of the bank. At last, the paper studied the functions, the construction, the design and the implementation of the bank CRM system intensively and comprehensively. And also the outlook of the technologies in CRM was previewed. As a whole, the paper has applied the business intelligence technologies in bank CRM creatively. With the help of CRM software system, Chinese banks could apply CRM theory more effectively. As a result, they can become more competitive to win the battle against the foreign banks.
