Essentially the China's political transformation is the fundamental issue about political order, which is transforming from "ruling by person" to "ruling by law". The transformation of "ruling by person" to "ruling by law" is the most critical topic of current times. The successful transformation of those two completely different and antithetic modes is a difficult problem to solve. When we think over the political transformation of China, we must absorb the resources of the political civilization, among which ,the exploration about Plato's political thoughts and political ethics in ancient Greece is necessary contents. Therefore the dissertation attempts to think over the possible entrance to the China's political transformation, basing on the resources of transition of Plato's political thinking.The dissertation demonstrate itself in two aspects, one is to assort the transition of Plato's "political mode ", starting with Plato's " Sophistes politics"in Republic, blinking with the " state's governance" and "governance by law " in Politicus, ending in the effective mode of "ruling by law" in laws, It is the political thinking transformation, which is characteristic of Plato's power ethics, in the vision of Plato's political ethics. In the premise of the first aspect , the dissertation enlighten the second aspect ,the transition of Plato's political thinking provide a illuminating political logic for our reflection on the current China's political transformation. The dissertation expounds the China's political transformation in the other aspect, which is about the criticism of the politics of "ruling by person" and the construction of the politics of "ruling by law" in the vision of Plato's transition of political mode.The dissertation expects to activate the research on the political transformation, on the basis of the resources of Plato's political thinking transition.
