Since the reform and opening up,the ideological and political education has made many achievements,but also face many problems,the effectiveness is not strong problem long plagued ideological and political education.For the reality of how out of the plight of the ideological and political education theory researchers and practitioners have done a lot to explore from different angles,they explore some very useful,some are hidden traps,the slightest mistake will make out ideological and political education into the abyss.Paradigm people as a solution to the current dilemma inefficient theoretical discussion,there are certain positive significance and necessity.Some scholars paradigm shift as an effective way to solve the dilemma of ideological and political education inefficient,especially human science paradigm shift,the loudest voices.But few people Paradigm hidden contradiction inherent criticism and reflection,a theory only approver,no opponents,which in itself is worth considering.Firstly,the "paradigm" as the starting point,Kuhn's paradigm theory on the basis of in-depth analysis on the proposed social philosophy paradigm is not "empty field man",but the real "human presence";indicates the personal values dialectical relationship between social values;demonstrate the ideology is the nature of the ideological and political education.Secondly,to reflect the inherent contradictions of ideological and political education human science paradigm,such as for "real people" know biased;too raise their personal values and separates the personal and social values;shielding the ideology of ideological and political education,Pan towards Moral of.Therefore,we believe that people learn paradigm shift does not make ideological and political education to bail out,but so is losing its ideological and political education is fundamental,fall into the "trap people learn" unable to extricate themselves.Further pointed out that the social and philosophical paradigm is not obsolete,the current dilemma faced by ideological and political education is not the result of social philosophical paradigm,the reason is that the theory divorced from reality,so that theory lost the ability to guide practice.Only careful look at the ideological and political education human science paradigm shift,in order to avoid conversion conversion,combined with increased ideological and political education theory and practice,to bridge theory and reality break to practice to test the theory,the only way out of the predicament inefficient.Finally,this paper should return to the paradigm of social philosophy,adhere to the scientific,age,nationality,pragmatic principle,adhere to a unified position on China and the world vision of the unity of theory and practice,leading to the development of diversity and unity tend.Specific development path include: Based on practice,and enhance awareness of the problem;people-oriented,attention to the need to meet people;insist on interdisciplinary,drawing on others;flexible approach to avoid rigid dogma.
