Coastal area as important land reserve resource, accelerate and develop and utilize to it already very urgent. Extension and application of the saline soil agricultural technology, to accelerating the development of the coastal area, realize that there are very realistic meanings in the sustainable development of it. Farmers is the foundation of generalizing the saline soil agricultural technology, but farmers adopting action of the saline soil agricultural technology is effected by various reasons.Thus ,it has an instructional significance to find out and analyze the factors that influence fanners, meanwhile ,to exert the favorable factors and to eliminate the unfavorable ones.This text is through participating in type questionnaire investigation and group's interview way studying, study in the decision-making process of farmers, the influence function of the internal and external two side factor .The study analyzed the factors that influenced farmers adopting action of the saline soil agricultural technology by Yancheng agricultural instuition in Jinden country Dafeng city , The positive research is the factors of influencing farmers to adopt the saline soil agricultural technology .In influencing the inside factor of farmer's decision , have farmer's schooling, population, workforce's quantity and land area ; The external environmental factor of influencing farmer's decision have agrotechnical to popularize cost and benefit, big risk , popularize service system and neighbourhood relation.It is influenced by the mentioned above factors for the farmer to adopt the saline soil agricultural technology.The ultimate decision of the farmer was the comprehensive effect of various factors. The first resson of adopted farmer is the high economic avail,while the important factors of the no-adopted farmer is big risk.Finally, Some recommendations on improving the farmer's dynamics and decrising the big riskand seting up the farmer's co-operation ect were presented on the basis of analyzing the main farmers that influenced the farmer to adopt the saline soil agricultural technology.
