| "Burnout"is the universal phenomenon of the modern variety of enterprises and institutions . As a result, the research on job burnout has attracted more and more attention of the psychologists . The domestic objects of study about job burnout are mainly teachers and nurses. It mainly inquire into the origins of the press, the relationships between the social supporting system and job burnout. The research on police is mostly about the reflection of occupations and psychological health problems, social supporting and the police's life quality and the study on the characterics' analysis. It didn't refer to the police's job burnout. This research aims to inquire into the relationships between the origin of the group of the police's job burnout and the job burnout, and the relationships among the psychology, physiology and action after the job burnout. This research not only examines the measuring form of job burnout, but also manufacture the measuring form of the origins and consequences of the police's job burnout. The research analysis and the validity and reliability of the three instruments prove that they are fit for the researching purpose and requirements. The research made question measure to the examinees-police. Through the methods of related analysis, equition analysis and multi-regression analysis to sadist and analyze the datas, the following are the conclusions. 1,Through the examining to the measuring form we know that our measuring form made by ourselves after examining has wonderful validity and reliability. So it has certain spreading value. 2,For the burnout standard, the level difference of different police's qualification and age is very striking. For the academic qualification, the level of the police who are undergraduate and post-secondary school students are obviously lower than those who are technical secondary school students. The lower of the police's academic qualification, the higher of the job burnout level. For the age, the police over 30 are easier to have the feeling of job burnout. Besides, for the state of marriage, the married police are easier to form job burnout than the unmarried. 3,The variable of demography has certain impact on the burnout of police. They can affect it as buffer variable. 4,The burnout of police mainly come from work environment, work burthen, work fatalness, and social support. The result of practical regression analysis shows that there is a distinguished connection between police's working burnout root and job burnout; In the forecast of the emotional exhaustion dimensionality, it is work environment, work burthen, work fatalness, the ally explanation variability is 17.5%; among them, work environment has the best forecast force, the solitude explanation is 12.4%. In the forecast of depersonalization dimensionality, work environment explanation is 7.5% of variability. In the forecast of self-achievement, the variability of work burthen and work social supported ally explanation is 4.8%. 5,There is a distinguished connection between thejob burnout and result variability.
