| In the 1980 s,the concept of burnout was first proposed,and it has attracted much attention internationally since then.Many scholars have begun to work on the topic of burnout.After 2000,some scholars in China have also begun to join the research team of job burnout,and related research topics have gradually increased,covering all major fields.However,little research has been done on the job burnout of prison police.Compared with other occupations,the work of prison people’s police is more closed and boring,and they face special groups every day,and the work is relatively busy,which makes the prison people’s police more prone to job burnout.Once the prison police officer suffer from job burnout,it will directly affect their work efficiency,and it will be prone to regulatory safety issues.The introduction of this article introduces the research background,research significance,research objects,research methods,etc.The second part sorts out related theories and literatures about job burnout at home and abroad,and introduces the theoretical basis.The third part analyzes the current status of job burnout among prison police officers in Guangzhou,and uses a combination of questionnaire survey and MBI-HSS scale to analyze the factors that affect job burnout mainly include gender,age,job position,job title,etc.The fourth part,based on the above analysis results,finds the specific cause of the job burnout of Guangzhou prison police officers.Through corresponding analysis of social system,organization,and individual family,it is found that the existence of Guangzhou prison police officers due to their low social status and working hours Relatively long,small personal development space,relatively low professional honor,etc.cause burnout.The fifth part,combined with the actual situation of Guangzhou prison,strengthens the performance appraisal management,police operation and promotion system in light of the problems of prison police officers’ job burnout;further improves the career planning of the prison police;and classifies the police;Continuously strengthen the implementation of the "Preferential Treatment of Police" policy. |
