The Philosophical Thought On "Three Agricultural Problems"

The paper, from the angle of philosophy, gives certainthoughts on "three agricultural problems". In order tobenefit the resolution of the research of "three agriculturalproblems", this thesis, taking the Marxist view ofdevelopment and fairness as it's guidance, carries onexamination on the formation, development and resolution. Inthe part of survey on the view of development of" threeagricultural problems", this text firstly gives necessarytheoretical analysis on the view of development, emphasizeson main contents of the investigation of Marxist view ofdevelopment and further thinks: basing on the Marxist view ofdevelopment, on the problem of realizing and dealing withthe" three agricultural problems", first, we should realizethe importance, urgency and long-terms during the course ofoverall construction of well-off society; second, we must beaware of close relation that between the formation anddevelopment of" three agricultural problems" and the policyof treating " three agricultural problems", which has beenput into practice in the past; finally, the resolution of" three agricultural problems" should be taken from thelimitation of just talking about the theory of" threeagricultural problems" itself, standing from the angle ofoverall development on the national economy and society,according to the principle of systematization, coordination,making people the center, we should correctly tacklethe" three agricultural problems"and make the" threeagricultural problems" develop constantly.In the part ofsurvey on the view of fairness on" three agriculturalproblems", this essay ,firstly, gives analysis on the viewof fairness, emphasizes on main contents of the investigationof Marxist view of fairness and further thinks: basing on theMarxist view of fairness, on the problem of realizing andtackling the" three agricultural problems", in the firstplace, we should objectively realize that there is unfairnesson the aspects of policies and measures that we treat theagriculture, countryside and peasants; in the second place,we must realize the formation, development of " threeagricultural problems" is directly related with the unfairpolicy of dual economic structure that has been put intopractice for a long time; finally, the resolution of " threeagricultural problems" relies on giving it a fair opportunityof development, endowing it a fair principle of competitionand ensuring it a fair result. From my point of view, they aremutually different and related that introspecting "threeagricultural problems" from the view of development andfairness. Only if insisting on taking the basic standpoint onthe Marxist view of development and fairness as guidance,firmly setting up and carrying on scientific view ofdevelopment made by our party and government, can "threeagricultural problems" be resolved gradually and the grandtarget of overall construction on well-off society be realizedsmoothly.
