As the largest number of civil servants, township of civil servants who cover the widest part of the performance of government functions are the last link in the township link in the township civil service ability and quality of state administrative organs, whose jobs have a direct impact on the administrative level. Therefore, at present, increasing the current township civil service training arouses the attention of all the community. And in practice, the training also moves forward to the high level of legalization and standardization. So having a study of township civil service training becomes increasingly urgent.This article illustrates the background and significance of the subject and the progress of relevant research at home and abroad, and meanwhile the research method has also been clarified. The township civil servants, civil service training, the concept of township civil service training are defined, on this basis, this passage analyzes and summarizes the theoretical significance of township civil service training.By analyzing this specific training for civil servants in Zhuanghe City,problems with Zhuanghe training for civil servants have been illustrated and summarized, which include inadequate attention and support by the leadership, training costs is difficult to be implemented, more conflicts between Study and Work, as well as civil passive training, Besides, the training style is dull, and the training is not so effective. The reasons for these problems are due to the lack of awareness of the civil service training strategy by leadership. In practice, there is no institutionalized training mechanism.
