Communist Party Of China's Judicial Practice In The Border Region During The Anti-Japanese War

Anti-Japanese War, Ningxia Border Region Government is in an important strategic position, which is the national government's administrative area and a special seat of the CPC Central Committee. The work of border legal practice had a profound impact on the legal system for new China. Anti-Japanese War, under the guidance of the Communist Party of China, Shaanxi-Gansu border region to carry out the work of the judicial practice very well and achieved great results. Border's trial is in the core areas of judicial practice, which this paper is to study the trial as a starting point, focusing on the judicial system, trial-level and trial methods. It can make up for previous research on the border and help strengthening the Border Region History research by the Shanxi research trials.At the Anti-Japanese War, Chinese Communist Party attached great importance to judicial practice, which formulates the road map and approach routes in order to guide the work of border legal practice.Under the guidance of the Communist Party of China, the border of the judicial parctice has made tremendous success, especially the trial work. Ningxia Borde Region Government and the High Court trail has made detaied provisions on the border agencies ,judicial system ,judicial methods. As the environmental impact of the war, the Border Region is still in the weak links in the trial and there are still some deficiencies.
