The Evolution Of Chinese Civil Servants' Administrative Values And Education Since The Reform And Opening-up Policy

Since the reform and opening-up policy,the Chinese civil servants'administrative values have changed greatly in this transitional period. Facing of traditional and new civil administration values,the Chinese civil servants are assailed by the individual and public administrative values.This paper tries to start with the evolution of our civil servants'administrative values,analyze the characteristics in the process of evolution,the choice in the future and the education of administrative values. I'll divide the article into three parts. The points of the evolution process of administrative value in China,administrative values orientation and the future in the new situation, how to strengthen the education of three parts as civil servants.This paper discusses the comparison of the Chinese civil servants since the reform and opening up of administrative value,and the problem existing in the ideological and political education is combined Chinese civil administration values education problems are analyzed. Main research results and the possible innovation points: first,the civil servants since reform and opening to the development of administrative value. It can be summarized as two phases: the first one is from opening to the 14th National Congress of CCP,the second one is after the 14th National Congress of CCP. And in each stage,the basic content of administrative value,era characteristics are analyzed in detail.Secondly,civil administration of contemporary China's development of the basic values to the discussion of the future, and to form of civil servants values of challenge and these challenges the measures are discussed.
