Research On Party Constrution In Private Enterprise

Private economy grows from nothing, from small to large, have become a new growth point of China's national economies. They play an important role in building harmonious socialist society, enhance scale of national economy, promote the development of society, widened channels of employment, and have an irreplaceable role in social democracy and legal construction. As the fast development of private enterprises and expansion employees, how to strengthen the Chinese Communist Party's leadership in this area, is a serious problem. Compared with the work of party building in state-owned enterprises, the base of party construction in private enterprises is weak, and party organizations is complex, it's difficult to manage party members in private enterprises.Party construction in private enterprises is responsible for the development of private enterprises, maintaining the lawful rights of employees and enterprises, coordinating labor relations, and other special tasks. Now, the coverage of party building in private enterprises expanded fast, excellent party building models are emerging all the time, but there are still some problems, e.g. lack of understanding of party construction, the mechanism of party building is not perfect, lack of activities form as such issues. In this paper, literature research, empirical research, comparative analysis and other research methods are used, based on private enterprises in Putuo District, Shanghai, researched actual development work on private enterprise status and characteristics of party building deeply, and proposed ideas and operational methods to strengthen the party construction in private enterprises.The paper covers five parts as below:Firstly, clarified research background, aims, objects and methods of thesis, collected and analyzed previous related literature, and give out logic method of the thesis.Secondly, clarified the development of private enterprises, analyzed the importance of Party-Building in private enterprises, and explained the Party construction content and practice methods in private enterprises.Thirdly, based on the development of private enterprises in Putuo district, Shanghai, indicated the importance of private enterprises in economic and social development. From the lead agency, working mechanism, and main work etc, clarified results and effectiveness of party building in Putuo district.Fourthly, from the low work awareness, imperfect party organization, weak party construction, difficulty of launching activities, clarified the problems and difficulties about party construction in private enterprises in Putuo District, and analyzed the reasons about these problems.Fifth, from reality of private enterprises, explained work methods about strengthening party building, including raising awareness of work, improve working mechanism, establishing party origination scientifically, strengthening education and management for party members, innovating methods of organizational activities, and proposed practical strategy about party construction in private enterprises.
