Research On Minority Women Cadres’ Cultivation And Selection

CPC and government at all levels have always paid attention to cultivate and select leaders in ethnic areas. Women cadres are important members in the group of minority cadres. Excellent women cadres are engaging in managing ethnic work nowadays. It is beneficial to explore women’s potential and it can also stimulate women’s enthusiasm about politics.The thesis is focusing on the issue of cultivating and selecting ethnic women cadre in Kangle County. For the women cadres here are all minorities and they are representatives. Through investigation, we acquired some useful material and data. Based on preliminary work, we analyzed the factors which restricting women cadres’ development. Furthermore, some suggestions are given on this issue. The thesis is made up of three chapters:introduction, main body and conclusion. There are four chapters in the main body. Chapter Ⅰ is about the current situation of economic development and education in Kangle County. Based on the analysis of cadre group of Kangle county. Chapter Ⅱ is a brief introduction of ethnic women cadres and a analysis of the methods of cadres cultivation and selection. Chapter Ⅲ is the emphasis of the study, through analysing some problems which existed in cultivating and selecting women cadres. Chapter Ⅳ is about some suggestions, government provides support and public opinions are two routes to promote the cultivating work. And finally,there is comes the conclusion of the whole research.
