Study On Convention On Punishment Of International Terrorism

So far, with the rampancy of the terrorism, the modern terrorism has exceeded the traditional at the aspects of tact,mode,and the region,terrorism has become a serious global problem which is damaging the peace and development of the world.All the countries and organizations are more and more aware of the harmfulness of international terrorism and upgrade the struggle against the same to the legal level at the same time of promoting the political suppression and military attack.At the same time,many international and regional organizations have draw up a series of convention against international terrorism.Our article will start from the international law of view,try to analyse these convention on punishment of international terrorism,our country can learn something from all these, and can use these as the reference to consummate our own law making of anti-terrorism.if we want to carry out the stipulated obligation,we must actualize the connection between our criminal law and conventions on international counter-terrorism in legislation.
