Research On Political Participation Of Lawyer

With China's reform and opening-up, leap and development is achieved in economy, democracy and culture, people's legal consciousness has gradually improved, the foundation of the lawyer system has been cultivated well. The lawyer system is very important in democratic countries and lawyer is also very valuable social human resources. Because of the particularity of lawyer, the lawyer has a great advantage in Political participation. In the western developed countries, the lawyer has a long history of political participation and the lawyer has high social status under the great respect. In the process of democracy development of these countries, lawyer played an ineffaceable role.With the quickening development of the process in law, the lawyers' social status in our country has also improved. The law of protecting lawyers' rights has become perfect and they play a very important role in participating in administration. But because the building of the lawyer system has just begun in recent years, the lawyer face a dilemma in Political participation.
