The Study On Construction Rural Grass-root Organization In Building A New Socialist Countryside

This is the significant developmental strategy that reconstructs a new socialism rural which put forward in Party's 16 fifth plenary sessions and it is also one of the first historical missions. To fulfill this aim, strengthing and improving the construction of rural grass-root organization is the key job. Therefore, rural grass-root organizations should earnestly implement Scientific Outlook on Development, strengthen the countryside organization of social management and construction and make rural grassroots organizations to become the party and government ties with the masses of the link.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is our country's big agricultural province and 13 major grain-producing areas and 5 grain export provinces of our country. until the end of 2008, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has had 12224 basic-level organizations,3042 new economic organizations. the city of Ordos has build 47 party organizations, the city of Bayinnaoer has 509 branch of the Parties between 1600 village professional associations and cooperation economic organizations. These new pattern of the party organizations adapted the development of the countryside pastoral area economic and during the period of the socialism new countryside's construction, and it could not only effectively enhance the organization degree of the people entering the market, but also in favor of obtaining the materially benefits, Across the country, it is certain positive exemplary role. On the background of the socialistic new countryside construction, the rural grass-root organization is the organizer, the pusher and the fulfiller of the socialistic new countryside construction.According to the Research Method, this Paper represents five Parts for discussion.The 1st part puts forward the significance of choosing subject, brief remark drawn after investigation and research options.
