Advanced Construction Made In Rural Grass-root Party Organization From The Prospective Of The New Rural Construction

The fifth Plenum of the16th CPC Central Committee put forward a strategic task of building a new socialist countryside. The new rural construction have taken significant achievements but also facing many problems and difficulties. The innovation of this paper is that it adhere to the history, on the principle of combining theories and practice, based on the rural grass roots party organization at this stage in the historical position, analyzes the connection of the advancement construction of the party and the progressiveness of the construction of basic level party and reviews the advancement form which the Marxist political party reflects in the historical period and explains the basic experience that the progressiveness of the construction of basic level party has in different historical periods. Basic on these challenges and difficult that the progressiveness of the construction of basic level party facing at the present. The authority to analyze the ways of the progressiveness of the construction of basic level party.In order to research the new rural reconstruction in advanced basic-level party organization this paper is divided into three parts. As to resolve those problems and difficulties that in the new rural construction process, this thesis give some reasonable suggestions as follows: Ideologically, firming and unifying the ideological state of the party members in rural areas with significant thought of "three representatives", then, to provide a powerful ideological guarantee for the new rural construction. Organizationally, we should innovate the organization design, perfect the Party members, disentangle the organizational relations to provide organizationally guarantee for the new rural. Style, strengthen the construction of the party’s work style and rural grassroots democratic style construction to provide the composition of forces. Institutionally, establish advanced long-effect mechanism to keep the rural grass-root Party organization. Through these ways to strengthen the advancement construction of the rural grass roots party organization and progress the construction of new countryside by using the achievements of the advancement construction.
