Policy Of The Peasant Labour Social Security: Status,Dilemma And Outlet

With the implementation of reform and open policy, the industrialization and the urbanization in China is speed up. The peasant labour emerges in the city and increase year by year which causes a series of peasant labour problem. It brings out the peasant labour security policy. The peasant labour security policy is necessary for keeping the normal work and healthy life of the peasant labour. It is also necessary for complete the worker rights protecting policy and social welfare and security system. But all kinds of country and regional peasant labour security polices which can actually improve the peasant laborer's work and life are limited.In this article, the author firstly described status of Chinese peasant labour security policy and analysed why the peasant labour security policies is lacking of feasibility and migrant workers can be substantively protected from these policies. Taking the decoration industry workers as the sample, the author deeply analysed the defects of the peasant labour security policy. Based on this analysis, the author also mentioned some reasonable suggestions about making the better peasant labour policies and solving the peasant labour social problems in the future.
