Female Peasant Workers' Labour Right Security At The View Of Social Exclusion

Currently along with speeding up townifing, more and more countrywomen enter city and search job.When they dedicate themselves to economic development of our country,they also fall into disorder of social flowing,their labour right is not been ensured, and in the dual oppress of town-country identity and gender, finally change into the weaker group of weaker group's.The labour right security of female peasant workers have been a main difficulty of restricting harmonious society,which cause many legal and social problems. This article analyses the labour right security actuality of female peasant workers at the view of social exclusion, on the basis of the review about the dual effection of town-country exclusion and gender exclusion that female peasant workers confronted with, destroy the labour right security actuality of female peasant workers, which lead to the lack of common right security and particular right security.According to above analysis, we make a scheme of building female peasant workers'labour right security system as city-town conformity as core, which include constructing basic law that influcence female peasant workers' labour right security, make "permitting" principle replace of "identity" principle; constructing labour security institution suited for female peasant workers'characteristic,that is the core;constructing government-identification and orgnization on the basis of popularizing gender equality, that is to guarantee the development of female peasant workers' labour right.
