According to the Second National Sample Survey on Disability, there are nearly 83 million disabled in China and nearly 260 million family members are involved. Since the reform and opening up, the party and government have been very concerned about disabled people. Over the years the cause of disabled in China has made historic achievements, the employment of disabled persons has also made great progress, but it is still difficult for disabled persons to have a job. Therefore, study on the employment support with disabilities has practical significance. This article studies the employment support system of disabled persons from the content perspective. At present, the employment support system of disabled persons has preliminarily formed and many disabled persons get interest from it. But the current employment policies for disabled have some defects, so the original intention of the policy hasn't been reached in the implementation; the barrier-free environment construction has commenced but a good environment hasn't been formed; acceptance of disability rehabilitation, education and training is still relatively low, and the service supplied can't meet the requirements of improving employability; the lack of employment service and living security is not conductive to the employment of disabled persons.Based on the study of employment support system of disabled persons, this article proposes that we should improve and perfect the content of the employment support of disabled persons firstly to promote the employment of disabled persons. And secondly, we should pay attention to the provider of employment support, establish a diverse network of employment support to provide better and more comprehensive support for disabled persons.
