Study On Government Information Publicity

Facing the rapid development of social economic,evry country will already implemented government information opening with the legislation,and unceasing development, have great achievements.On May 1st,2008, "Regulations on Open Government Information" formally implementing,government information made legal breakthroughs,citizens get the best way of The Right To Know.Theoretical exploration and practice exploration emerge in endlessly, becaming the focus of attention.The public given a great expectations about this system, once it as the government most perfect revolution.But, practice is the only standard for testing truth, based on the practice of the governments at all levels,various social organization investigation report,analysising the opening of government informationl case, each big academic research contents of understanding, we found that implementing the government information opening statute,although initially formed government information publicity mechanism,the citizen increasingly awakening partic consciousness, government information openging channels becoming diversification,but,the implementation status display information openness not like we expected, problems have been highlighted day by day, mainly in:citizens to maintain its own right of consciousness is not strong, and the judge this thought entrenched, website construction are not perfect, the "Regulation on Government Information" itself have problems.Therefore, this paper on predecessors research achievements, choose the current situation of the "Regulation on Government Information" status as the research object, firstly introducing the involving of this papers publicity of government information, expounds the basic theories of our government information opening, combining the harvest and the insufficiency of the "Regulation on Government Information" more than a year, referencing by other researchers study results, with some typical cases, proposed perfecting the opening of government information advice, promoting China's government information openness system sustainable development.
