Research On Party Construction In Social Organization

Research on party construction in social organization is a intersectional field between the research on social organization and the research on party construction. there are two perspectives: the one is on the party, which pay attention to think about how to do the practice. And the other one thinks about the development of social organization and the relationship between social organization and Party. From the practice of Party construction, it is a important component to strengthen the basic-level party construction and the ruling ability of the party. Research on party construction in the perspective of social organization, which bases on deeply understanding and grasping the development of social organization, is to promote the development of social organization and to strengthen the party construction and the party's ruling position. The theoretical significance is perfect and developing social organization research and construction from a new perspective. And the reality significance is to fundamentally grasp rules and characteristics of social organizations, and to promote the practice of party construction in social organization.This paper includes three parts, which are introduction, text and the end. The introduction mainly introduces the origin and article expatiates significance, and the definition of social organization, and the related research to this paper, etc. The text of the paper focuses on the analysis the reason and the sense for party construction of social organizations in the perspective of social organization, and try to answer the question that why to conduct party construction in social organization. In the text, the author combs the history and the achievements of party construction in social organization, which accord to the requirements of the Communist Party of China. After summarizing the problems, the author look forward to discussing the ideas to strengthen party construction.The text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the significance and meaning of party construction in social organization. There are three aspects, which are the party political decision-making, the organization trust and the organizational level of social organization, for the reason to strengthen the contact with party. And try to find the gist and significance for social organization to strengthen party construction. In the second chapter, it is mainly to analysis the history and the achievements of party construction in social organization according to the Communist Party of China. Then the author sums up the development of social organization since the complete coverage of the practice, and summarizes the three typical mode of party construction management in social organization. The third chapter summarizes the problems in the practice of party construction in social organizations presently. To strengthen the construction of social organizations, social organizations must adhere to the principle that to insure the party's political role and to make sure that social organizations develop independently, to improve the social organization's political status as the goal, and to strengthen the effective management of social organizations in the means of law.In the end of this paper, the author looks into the distance of party construction in social organization, and summarizes the related problems for a further study.
