The Ideas Of Social Organization Construction Of The Party And Government Since The New Century

Social organization is a general concept which is always defined as generalization and restraint in the field of public management. The concept of social organization used in this paper is a narrower one. The construction of social organization is the activities that Party and government carry out to promote the development of society on the basis of actual situation and resource integration. The ideas of social organization construction at the new stage in the new century are referred as the policies, the theories and the views of Party and government in the area of social organization construction since the new century. All the contents are scattered in associated documents of Party and government. It is meaningful to combs this part of contents systematically and provides important clue to understand both the development of social organizations and social construction. Meanwhile, it will benefit the function of theory in practice and the construction and management of social organization in China.The thesis consists of introduction and five chapters. Four issues are mainly discussed in the introduction part: part one is the background and significance of research; part two is the literature review; part three is the thoughts and methods of the thesis; part four is the conceptual definition. Chapter one is the basic condition of the development of social organization in China which provides foreshadows for the following thesis. Chapter two is the vertically combing of the ideas of social organization construction at the new stage in the new century of the Party and government. The data studies are used in the chapter to separate the ideas into four stages: stage focus on supporting and cultivating; stage focus on party construction in social organization; stage focus on innovation on management system. Based on chapter two, chapter three is the laterally combing of the ideas of social organization construction at the new stage in the new century of the Party and government. The chapter consists of four parts: supporting and cultivating the social organizations; innovation on management system; promoting the social organizations to contribute; strengthening the construction of the Party in social organizations. From two historical aspects, chapter four elaborates the theoretical innovation of the ideas: the inheritance and development of ideas of social organization construction since the foundation of China of the Party and government; the main component of construction of socialist harmonious society. Chapter five is the practical value of the ideas of social organizations construction. The chapter consists of three points: the guideline for the sound development of social organizations; the guide to action for the contribution of social organizations; the theory to direct the Party construction in social organizations.The ideas of social organization construction at the new stage in the new century of the Party and government are rich in content. It is hoped to help the reader to understand the ideas of social organizations deeper and better, and contributes to the research of social organization construction through the thesis.
