Study On Work Of Party Construction Of Non-public Economic Organizations And New Social Organizations

In recent years,with the rapid development of the socialist market economy,new economic organizations and new social organizations(hereinafter referred to as the "two new" organizations)have also developed rapidly.The "two new" organizations have made outstanding contributions to steady growth,promoting innovation,increasing employment,improving people's livelihood,and guiding the public and social forces to participate in social governance.They have increasingly become an important force for China's economic and social sustainable development.The rapid development of the "two new" organizations is not only an opportunity but also a challenge to the construction of the party's ability to govern in the new era.How to guide this important force to better serve the economy and society has become a problem that the ruling party needs to solve.Party building has become an important link between the ruling party and the "two new" organizations.It is of great significance for the ruling party to make better use of the political unity,organizational cohesion and direction of the new economic organization and the new social organization.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study of the work of Party construction of the "two new" organizations by means of literature research,investigation and research,and interview.The main content is divided into four parts: The first part mainly introduces the research background,significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part discusses the current situation of Party building in China,including the necessity of Party building in China,the development stage of Party building in China,and the exploration of Party building in China by local governments.This paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the construction of the "two new" organizations.The third part investigates and analyzes the construction work of the "two new" organization in County H,including the status quo,problems and reasons of the construction work of the "two new" organization.In the fourth part,aiming at the common and individual characteristics of the work of Party construction of the "two new" organizations,the author puts forward measures to strengthen and improve the work of the "two new" organizations in three aspects: transforming their thinking,improving their leadership system and working mechanism,and strengthening their work force.It provides ideas and methods for the development of "two new" Party building in underdeveloped areas.
