Innovative Social Management In The Construction Of Rural Social Organizations Countermeasures

The vast rural areas have emerged a large number of social organizations in China. Variables have a significant impact on the economic and social development in rural areas many of today’s rural social management. In China, a large agricultural country, strengthening and innovation of rural social management is clearly a major issue to promote the development of society as a whole management. Harmonious society and new rural construction in China, the key is to strengthen effective and innovative rural social management.In this study, starting from the perspective of the rural social management innovation, based on community self-government theory and participatory management theory, Ganzhou rural construction and management of social organizations, for example, function and building an innovative focus on Chinese rural society organizations, to explore the rural social organization mechanism and deepen the development of grassroots democracy, the relationship between innovation and social management in rural areas, rural social management innovation as a direction by virtue of relevant practical experience around the new rural constructionexplore the construction of the new era of rural social organization.The study found that, due to the transformation of the concept and technical aspects of dependence and time delay, a real breakthrough in the social management of innovation is to expand the scope of the management, the multi-force synergy involved in the management, and promote a harmonious and effective management. Rural social management innovation, the breakthrough is to speed up the strengthening of rural social organization effectively to fully tap the rural communities, non-governmental forces to participate in social management, the majority of rural social management level rose to a new level.
