The Research Of The Job Stress , Job Burnout And The Relationship Between The Two Facets For Police Officer Of The Benxi Bureau Of Public Security

Along with China's reform deepens, especially since the new period when the social benefit subjects are increasingly diversified and social contradictions are gradually becoming obvious, the Party and the government put forward higher requests and hope on the police work; and because of its professional characteristics of danger, complexity, hard work, vulnerable to corruption and etc., the police work is always considered to be the high-risk and high-strength job. The police officers are even more directly face the high-load and high-intensity of the spacific work. Continuous working pressures, strict discipline constraints, erratic shedules and all kinds of criminal behaviors have caused unprecedented chanllenges and occupational stress to them.Under such long term working environment, police officers have been suffered physical and psychological damages and even appeared with varied degrees of job burnout.Based on the research of previous literatures and the self-designed questionnaires, this paper conducts the survey on occupational stress and job burnout of police officers in Benxi, which invloves the analysis of the causes and source of police occupational stress and the influence of occupational stress on job burnout, and gives suggestions according to the results, which is expected to help relieve police occupational stress and provide reference for the police management decision-making.
