Police is a kind of high-stress job.The danger of this work determines the moment the police are in the spirit of a high state of tension.Inevitably they must face with the multi-faceted and much more professional than others psychological stress.As a result of police stress and the risk of the work,China's current conditions is much higher than other industries,at the same time,police job burnout is the high risk group.As a deviation from the forefront of opening up areas and of long-term locational disadvantage,Guizhou suffers the pain and it is still vulnerable groups in western China.Unique geographic environment,economic environment and human environment,these factors leads to the high stress of these Guizhou police,they have to be in the face of the high-intensity,which is professional and unpredictable,and for them,it is difficult to control the stress.On the other hand,they need to face the working environment.The office equipment is not complete and committed staff,such as the stress brought about by the complex situation.Faced with the stress of so many factors,Guizhou police job burnout situation is worth concerning,and how to adapt to the psychological stress can affect whether job burnout has practical significance or not.In this study,through the use of pre-interview and semi-open questionnaire method,I mean to make the understanding of polices' methods to adjust the stress and to form an initial "psychological stress on the police scale adjustment".Testing through groups of 208 police in Guizhou psychological stress,occupational burnout,stress management test,of data after statistical analysis of the results validate the idea of the basic assumptions,the main conclusions are:1.The preparation of the "psychological stress on the police scale adjustment" has good reliability and validity.2.Psychological stress on the police in Guizhou region,occupational burnout and stress management is moderate.3.In demographic variables,gender of the police failure in addition to emotional and social stress have significant differences,the remaining dimensions are no significant differences.College education of police in the three difference is not significant;as well as the different working hours in the cynicism dimension of burnout.Emotional exhaustion and psychological stress of the individual pressure,the stress of the task,frustration stress,social stress and economic stress are on significant differences.Unmarried job burnout of police depersonalization in the single dimension of the police was significantly higher than a married person.The expression of stress adaptation in dimension,regulating the physical and psychological dimension,the psychological stress of the individual stress and time stress also have significant differences.4.Psychological stress is forecast for the role of occupational burnout.5.Stress to adjust forecasts for the role of psychological stress.6.Stress to adapt to the predicted role of burnout.7.Stress to adjust to the impact of psychological stress is the regulation of occupational burnout variables.
