At present, our country has entered a crucial stage to build a well-off society in an all-round way, with the continuous development of China’s economic and social, the people more and more high to the requirement of quality of life, but also in accelerating the pace of life, work life growing pressure. Under the new situation, job burnout has become today’s social problems prevalent in various professional group, in the professional group, due to the particularity of public security, public security police face a more dangerous working conditions, more complicated law enforcement environment, society and the expectations of the public security work and more and more high to the requirement of the public security police, relative to other professions, long working hours, working pressure, the public security police job burnout feeling stronger, job burnout directly affects the working efficiency of the public security police, physical and mental health, law enforcement and justice, and even social stability, and dangerous. At present, the domestic many scholars have concern to the public security police’s job burnout, from different perspective study of police job burnout problem of growing, of police job burnout problem related theoretical and empirical studies have been constantly enrich and perfect.Role stress is an important source of stress at work, some domestic scholars from the perspective of role stress of different parts of the security forces has carried on the empirical research of job burnout problem, but there is no scholar of Lhasa police job burnout empirical research on the problems due to the particularity of the geographical environment, political environment in Lhasa, stability hard the situation is more complex and severe working environment more bad, the task of police is not only to face the high load, strict organizational discipline, strict responsibility system, also to overcome plateau environment is the damage to the body, long time work in the high pressure, high risk and large FeiJingWu activities, the public security police less time to rest, the psychological pressure big, poor health, Lhasa police job burnout problem even more significant, studies the problems of the Lhasa police job burnout and proposes the corresponding mitigation, interventions, has important practical significance.In Lhasa police investigation this study samples, aiming to understand the stability situation more complex area of Lhasa, the public security police the relationship between role stress and job burnout, and through consulting relevant literature, interview, statistics and practical investigation survey to grasp the basic situation of police job burnout problems in Lhasa, clearly the research question, method, procedure, based on the reference of previous research results on the problem of scholars for the police job burnout, adopt scientific statistical survey scale for questionnaire design, and the different sampling investigation, the launching of the public security police Lhasa in sorts through effective questionnaire data input, on the basis of the data obtained data analysis software SPSS17.0 for descriptive, correlation and analysis of variance, and verify the relationship between role stress and job burnout, and puts forward effective measures to solve the problem of police job burnout in Lhasa.
