A Study On The Innovation Of Community Mass Culture Work Under The Perspective Of The EXPO Function Area

According to the experience and enlightenment that the foreign countries hosting the EXPO which influences the surrounding areas'development, next stage, especially the 10-years before and after the EXPO, will be the key period of the development of the sanlin EXPO function area. Those questions that how to grasp the opportunity, how to play the advantage, how to make a historic Leap, how to base on the interpretation, expansion and extended of the theme"better city, better life", combining with the hosting EXPO successfully and following up utilizing and the further development of the culture in the sanlin expo function area will become the main topic.For those residences who live in relevant function areas, will face the huge changes of living infrastructures and culture by the success of bidding for the EXPO. Leaders at all levels of pudong new area attach great importance to the community culture work, and make great efforts to do the different kinds of cultural activities in the community as well as regarding the constructing cultural facilities as the most important projects in the process of constructing community. they are not only incorporate cultural work into the main projects, but also provide all sorts of cultural facilities for the community, which make the construction of community vivid and dramatic and reflect the universality and influence,also make a positive contribute to the socialist spiritual civilization construction.This thesis has five chapters. The first chapter is prolegomenon. Analyzes the special geographic location of Sanlin Expo function area and the influence and change of this area after the hold of shanghai Expo. It indicates the purpose and significance of selecting this topic. This thesis expounds the methods and innovation of the research. The second chapter analyzes some current culture activities and cultural facilities of some sub-districts in Sanlin Expo function area and describes present main problems existed in the work. The third chapter narrates the development of culture work in the Expo function area, and it explores the new direction and new way of culture work and describes the future of the culture in Sanlin Expo function area. The forth chapter indicates the new challenge and the basic idea of innovation of the community culture, and try to build community cultural sharing mechanism to improve the work.As the breakthrough point, this thesis explores the definition and function of community culture, Analysis and researches status and existing problems of the cultural work in the expo function area. Due to the culture will become one of the most important forces of sustainable development in a region before and after EXPO. So I combine with my own occupation (work at pudong new area nanmatou residential district mass culture section), I further realize the status and existing shortage while exploring the new direction and methods. Meanwhile, I also can take advantage of this opportunity to further expand vision and ideas for the future work, and have a deeper development and progress on my study and work.
