In recent years, with the popularization and development of Internet technology, the development of e-commerce has a good speed. The main characteristic of the information society is e-commerce which is the important way to change the style of the service and the pattern of the consumers and with the important change in relationship between the servant and the consumer. With the superiority in speedily and the bargain, e-commerce is more popular with the consumer. compared with the traditional consumer style. Relying on the e-commerce the consumer in internet make the shopping in home with the flat of the internet. But with the change of consumer character, company with the convenience is the indeterminate with the right in shopping. With the development of electronic commerce, consumer rights and interests against the growing phenomenon of consumer rights protection issues are more prominent, leading to consumers in the face of such a convenient way to trade had shown hesitation and lack of passion to lack of the rapid development of e-commerce. The body of the market are operators and consumers, consumers as the main uncertainty in the market environment plays an important role. If the interests of consumers are not well protected, it will seriously affect the rapid development of e-commerce, and if the behavior of the operators can not be regulate will be detrimental to the healthy development of e-commerce. However, the existing laws of our country from the current point of view, China is now a complete e-commerce there is no law to protect consumer rights, and the existing consumer protection laws in the network environment of the new circumstances, there will inevitably be omissions. This article describes the following aspects:The first part briefly introduces the concept of e-commerce and the summarize of e-commerceThe second part describes the necessity of the protection of consumer right.The third part is an overview of the regulation in e-commerce.The fourth part is an overview of the international experience of e-commerce legislation and the Enlightenment, such as in the United States, Europe and other developed countries and regions, formed for the protection of consumers, more mature legal system.The fifth part is the problems of consumer protection in e-commerce environment, such as false advertising, consumer safety and the right to return of the consumer, business-to-consumer form contract and other issues. The sixth part is the comprehensive analysis of our government that should put forward to strengthen the protection of consumer rights, such as legal regulation, industry associations on many issues.Finally, a summary of this paper, the whole society should attach importance to the protection of consumer rights, and this protection is not only e-commerce environment for consumers, but also the real economy of consumers, it should be through legislation, enforcement and judicial aspects of the network operators to strengthen supervision and regulation. Only in this way we can really achieve the purpose of protecting legitimate rights and interests of consumer.
