To Build A New Socialist Countryside And To Rebuild The Function Of Township Government

With the development of the construction of the new socialist countryside, the urgent tasks of China's township government is how to adapt to the new situation and requirement, and how to rebuild the government functions actively, so that the township government can provide more sophisticated public services and stronger protect of Primary Organizations for the construction of the new socialist countryside.This thesis follow the normal logical way, that means we find questions, analysis and solve them, using the combinations of the theoretic methods and empirical research, both qualitative and quantitative analysis, also comparative analysis, to systematically study the problem of the rebuilding of the government functions with the construction of the new socialist countryside. Basic on the implications of the government functions, transform of township government functions, this thesis will illustrate the history background, scientific implications, and the position and functions of the township government when we carry out the constructions of the new socialist countryside. Combining the example of Yintang Town in Ma'anshan, Anhui Province, we will particularly relate and analyse the shortage existed in the construction of the new socialist countryside right now, and the reasons why it happened. At the end of this thesis, it will come up with some ideas and advance about how to rebuild the township government functions in the constructions of the new socialist countryside.
