Study On How To Manage The Floating Population In Fujian Province

Floating population is under the Household Registration System with Chinese characteristics, on the left the residence to live in other places where the population living in a title. As China's reform and opening up the city's rapid economic development, more and more people are moving from rural to urban, from the economically underdeveloped areas to the economically developed regions, the central and western regions to eastern coastal areas.Fujian Province is the first one of the provinces who reform and open up, and many coastal cities are more developed parts in China. Therefore, it attracted many migrants from around the world. This floating population benefited the economic development in Fujian Province greatly. However, due to management are not in place, not a sound legal, human resources and other improper reason, the floating population to the economic and social development in Fujian Province has brought many problems. Accordingly, this paper did some research on how to manage the floating population in Fujian Province. First, the paper analyzes the current flow of migrant workers and the academic background of how to manage the floating population. Secondly, the paper summarized the current situation of the floating population in Fujian Province, and also this paper analyzed the economic and social impacts of floating population. Meanwhile, this research revealed the existing problems of how to manage the floating population in Fujian Province. Thirdly, this study analyzed the successful experience on how to manage the floating population in Shenzhen City which has a large number of floating populations. Based on the above research, this study concludes with a floating population of Fujian to strengthen the management of relevant recommendations.
