Research Into Reforming Relative Centralized System Of Administrative Punishment Rights In The Urban Management

At present, our country is in the special period of urbanization at high speed and social transformation, in which various benefits and contradiction among different cities mixed together. As an important area of national legal construction, urban legality is intricate and complicated at present, which appears developing trend of chances always go with challenges.On the basis of summarizing forefathers'research achievements, the thesis consider the relative centralized system of administrative punishment rights in the urban management as research subject and research it from the point of public management. This thesis analyzes the basis and related theories of the above system, development course and mode. At the same time pointing out achievements, the author also points out the problem and analyzes the reasons and bad effect. The thesis takes the system of the relative centralized system of administrative punishment rights carried out in Nanning city as example and put forward solutions using related theories of public management. Hopefully it can give some references to the development of urban management and the reforms of administrative system in our country.
