The Achievements And Defects In Bukharin`s Thoughts Of Historical Conception

Nicolay Ivanovichi Bukharin is the famous Marxism economist and theorist, one of the important leader of Soviet Union and the Bolshevik Party in early Soviet Union, and he is also a famous activist in the history of international communist movement. After Lenin,Bukharin is one of the few theorists who contributed to the development of Marxism, his thoughts has an important position. So, if we don`t study Bukharin`s theory legacy in Marxism`s development history, it will be sketchy.In late nineteenth century and the beginning of twentieth century, Bukharin enriched and developed Marx`s historical theory by the facts of Soviet Union and the struggle needs of the world proletariat in that period , and his theory provided the international communist movements with the theory guidance. Firstly, Bukharin enriched Marx`s social development theory by analyzing the peculiarities of Soviet Union`s social development and studying the development ways of capitalism. Secondly, Bukharin developed Marx`s classes struggle theories on the base of analyzing the classes state in the economic condition and the classes` struggle ways in that period.Thirdly, Marxism classic had shortcomings in estimating the self-adjustment of capitalism, but Bukharin raised his theories about the long-term character and diversification of the world revolution course on the foundation of the changed international states, the basic national conditions and Marx`s social revolution theories .This theory guided the struggle ways and development paths and enriched Marx`s struggle theory. At last, Bukharin expanded the influence of Marx`s historical materialism by publicizing the Marxism theories in a popular and systematic way.Bukharin`s thoughts, especially his thoughts of historical conception, have an important guiding meaning to Socialist Modernization Construction. Today, we acquaint bukharin`s historical conception again, affirm his achievements, know its defects by using Marxism methodology, it can bring theory guidance to construct a well-off society in all-round way in the period of"the Twelfth five-year- plan", to deepen China socialist reform, recognize deeply and hold accurately the new changes and characters at home and abroad, hold and use the important strategy opportunities, create new scientific development situation.This paper expounds the formation,achievements ,defects and s significance of Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conception by studying him in all-round way. Besides introduction and epilogue, the main body of the paper is divided into four parts to expound the achievements and defects of Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conception .In part one, it mainly expounds the formation conditions of Buhakrin`s thoughts of historical conception from internal and external causes. The formation of Bukharin`s historical conception was influenced by the social historical conditions at that time and the spread of Marxism-Leninism, it also related to his rough life and personal efforts.In part two, it mainly discusses the achievements of Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conception. Bukharin enriched and developed Marx`s historical revolution theory by studying the facts of Soviet Union and the fight needs of the world proletariat in that period. It is mainly performed by his achievements in developing Marx`s social development theory,class and class struggles theory, social revolution theory. and he also expanded the influence of Marx`s historical materialism by publicizing in a popular and systematic way.In part three, it mainly expounds the defects of Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conception. Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conception did a indelible contribution to enrich and develop Marxism ,but it still had some defects because of the restriction of time, social conditions and his theory level. I think the defects of Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conceptionreveal mostly in his balance philosophy, his interpretations to superstructure, his class struggles theory and the imperialism theory.In part four, it expounds the historical influences of Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conception thoughts. It affirms the value of Bukharin`s thoughts of historical conception from the historical influence of his balance thoughts, the guidance significance of his imperialism theory to modern socialist construction.
