As is known,employment is the base of one's survival and development. For individuals unequal employment influences one's life largely; and for society it has direct impact on social equity, harmony and stability. Peasant-workers'unequal employment is seriously. Peasant-workers as a special group. Compared to towners, peasant-workers' unfair treatment in the matters of professional entrance, remuneration, labour security, medical security, social insurance, welfare treatment and skill training. Therefore, find out countermeasures for the right relief of peasant-workers' unequal employment.This essay can be divided into 6 parts.Part 1 mainly introduces the contributions that our country's peasant-workers have made to the fields of modernization construction, but peasant-workers have no society admission,they suffer unfair treatment in the working. To resolve the problem of peasant-workers' unequal employment is an important part of the construction of harmonious socialist society.Part 2 introduces the theoretical foundations of equal employment. Theories of justice, social welfare and human rights are the base of equal employment. Justice is one of value that our human society pursuit. Protecting justice function is contained our citizens'empolyment rights. The basic objective of social welfare is to promote fair, social welfare is the mind basic of citizens'equal employment. Human rights as a basic right, the most important is equal.Part 3 illustrates the fact of peasant-workers' unequal employment. The connotations of 'peasant-workers' and 'employment' are elaborated and 'unequal employment' are defined in this part. It is mainly about peasant-workers' unfair treatment in the matters of professional entrance, remuneration, labour security, medical security, social insurance, welfare treatment and skill training.Part 4 discourses the cause of unequal employment of peasant-workers. The causes are analyzed from the points of dual household registration system, laws make the inequality legalized, government has not ptotected peasant-workers well and peasant-workers' inner quality is not good.Part 5 puts forward some legal countermeasures for the right of peasant-workers' unequal employment. Firstly, innovation in Household Register System, which make the better employment environment for peasant-workers; Secondly, making new special laws, in order to protect equal employment, Finally, strengthening government'action,in order to protect peasant-workers' legal interest.Part 6, on the base of discourse above, we can infer that solving the problem of Peasant-workers' unequal employment, which relates to peasant-workers' behalf, relates to our country economic development healthly, and relates to our country community carry out fair justice and promote a harmonious request. Only we take measures in the legalization, enforce the law and the system, the equities of practical maintenance good farmer work, fairer and harmonious China will definitely appear.
