| Currently, international terrorism has become an international issue which seriously affects peace and development of the world. The international community reached a consensus that legal measure should be taken to resolve the growing threat of international terrorism crime, therefore it's significantly important to research on the perfection our anti-terrorism laws. Our laws are generally against all kinds of terrorism and have played an active role for international anti-terrorism cooperation. However, our anti-terrorism laws, especially those related to international cooperation, still lag behind those of advanced countries. Thus learning from the international anti-terrorism legislation, improving our legislation and strengthening international anti-terrorism cooperation is of great significance for us to crack down terrorist crimes, maintain social stability and build a harmonious society.This thesis raises suggestions to improve the our anti-terrorism legal system, by analyzing the terrorism crime, the international anti-terrorism cooperation as well as the anti-terrorism laws of different countries.
