Research On Participation Motives And Effects Of The Community Education Volunteers

With the development of the learning society and the deepening of community education, Community education teachers gradually cause the attention of people. Community education volunteers are part of them. They are playing more and more important role.Based on the case studies of community education volunteers,the paper presents and analyzes the participation motives and participation effects of the community education volunteers in the way of interview method combined with literature research, field observation etc, arousing more volunteers participate in community education's enthusiasm and improving the effect of voluntary service.The thesis consists of eight chapters.
