Study On The Participation Of Volunteers In Community Governance

With the gradual transformation of government functions, community volunteer service has gradually become an important form of community public service, its role is also constantly exposed. Community volunteer service has gained more and more attention and recognition, has become an important part of the civil society, and plays an important role in the current social management and economy, cultural life and other aspects that is difficult to be replaced by the other services or activities.. Therefore, systematic analysis and understanding of the volunteer organization, which is conducive to the future of the organization for the management of volunteers, can effectively improve the level of social services, and can better help the community governance, promote the positive development of the community, is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious community.The paper from the point of community governance, drawing lessons from the experience of Singapore volunteer development, combining with China’s actual situation, taking the Huxi community in Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, and based on the perspective of community governance, makes a comprehensive exploration and research on how to improve the construction of community volunteer working mechanism, how to enrich the volunteer services, how to improve the level of volunteer service, and how to realize the healthy and sustainable development of community volunteer service, etc. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the community volunteer work, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for these problems, so as to explore the role and influence of volunteer behaviors in community governance.This article is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction. It mainly includes the questions and the significance of the research, the literature review, the main ideas of the paper and the innovation of the paper and the difficulties faced by the paper. In the second part, the paper defines the related concepts of community governance, and expounds the value and significance of the volunteers participating in community governance. In the third part, the performance of the community governance in the community governance, the main use of our country and the status quo of the Singapore volunteers to find out the advantages of Singapore volunteers to participate in community governance. The fourth part, to Suzhou Industrial Park Huxi community "Touch Love " as an example of volunteers to participate in the reality of the role of Huxi community governance. In the fifth part, through the questionnaire survey and individual interview, the actual situation of the volunteers in the community management is analyzed, and the problems and reasons are analyzed.
