Performance Evaluation Of Non-profit Organization

With the development of social democracy and public welfare undertakings, non-profit organizations have become increasingly blended into our daily lives. Non-profit organizations is to provide quasi-public goods and cover wide area including science, education, culture, health, charity, environmental protection and other fields. To a certain extent, they make up for the government's and the market's failures.The non-profit organizations of our country started later than foreign countries', so there are still many problems in non-profit organizations, especially its performance evaluation. Non-profit organizations are not-for-profit and can not simply use the financial index to measure their performance, so many non-profit organizations have taken some traditional methods to evaluate their performance, such as morality and diligence. These methods can't evaluate the general performance of non-profit organizations. This paper will use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the performance of non-profit organizations, and in the meantime, the evaluation index system adds organization culture index and organizational mission index. It will make the result of performance evaluation more comprehensive.
