With the contemporary socialist market economic system has matured, our non-profit organizations in the social and economic development plays a crucial role, is playing an increasingly important role. How to effectively evaluate the performance of the non-profit organization, is a cause for concern and discuss issues. Performance evaluation of the so-called non-profit organization, which is a non-profit organizations in a certain period of time using scientific standards, methods and procedures, according to the service quality, management efficiency, public accountability, public satisfaction and other aspects.To be judged by non-profit organizations in public management process inputs, outputs, the end result is reflected in the performance of the process of evaluation and accreditation system.The birth of the past that the non-profit organizations to provide services for the community, as long as the input of resources, can achieve the functions, organization development and there can be sustained. However, non-profit organizations conduct regular performance evaluation becomes very important and very necessary, because changes in environmental development in contemporary society, the competition is very intense, non-profit organizations are facing challenges.
