The Effectiveness Of Poverty Alleviation Projects And The Development Of Rural Communities In Qinghai Tu Nationality

The ethnic minority areas have a long way to go in "development" and "modernization". Nowadays, with national policies and poverty alleviation projects leaning to the western regions, what does the development of minority communities like then? How much has the poverty alleviation projects helped? What about the effects? How do they judge their own development? These researches and reflections will be very helpful to the development of rural minority communities in the future.In this thesis, we'll take the community of Duoshidai as the main study object and analyze the projects of poverty alleviation, with methods of combining qualitative interview with quantitative questionnaire survey. On the basis of this, by assessing the effectiveness of poverty alleviation projects we think the community has some great changes in economy, culture and society, but there are also some'blind spots'because of divorcing from reality. In the investigation, we let people tell their own issues and talk about the development problems to figure out the problems in the projects of poverty alleviation and development. We'll discuss the way to build the road of community development in minority communities from the perspective of strategic development. To make the community going on the track of sound progress, we should combine internal force with external force and take the following measures: coordinate the relationship between economic development and social development, correct the attitude towards traditional culture and modern culture, integrate consciousness of the villagers with effectiveness of project-driven and achieve the unity of Villagers development and community development.
