The Rural Grass-roots Demoracy Research Since The Reform And Opening

The rural grass-roots democracy is a socialist democratic political construction of an important part of building a new socialist countryside is an important political guarantee is an important condition for building a harmonious society. Since reform and opening, after twenty years of development, grassroots democracy in rural China has made great achievements. Through the implementation of grassroots democracy in rural areas to solve the old system after the disintegration of many rural problems brought greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the peasants producing for the promotion of grass-roots democracy in China's development as well as the Building of Political Democracy in China is of great practical significance. The rural grass-roots democracy in spite of great development, but there are still some problems, from a modern democracy there is a certain gap between the theory and practice need to continuously develop and improve.This paper builds on existing research results, based on the reform and opening up of rural grassroots democracy in China related issues. This article is divided into five parts:The first part, Introduction, describes the research status of rural grassroots democracy, significance and the focus of this study and possible innovations.The second part of the general discussion of democracy, the concept of democracy from Western democracy, democratic development and evolution of two aspects of Marxism to make elaborate.The third part, the first review and summarize several generations of the Chinese Communist Party leadership on the grassroots level inheritance and development of democratic ideas; Second, grassroots democracy, grassroots democracy in rural areas of these two concepts were analyzed and summarized.The fourth part, describes the reform and opening up of rural grass-roots democracy and the main achievements in the development process.The fifth part, from the weak concept of democracy, the traditional political culture, legal system is not perfect, grass-roots party organizations and describes four aspects of the problems of rural grass-roots democracy and reason.The fifth part focuses on the Marxist theory of education from the perspective of rural grass-roots democracy issues related to existing measures and proposals.
