According to the Communist Party of China 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, we will construct a new rural that is production developed, rich life, clean village, civilized rural, orderly and democracy country. It is said that we need to pay attention to this five aspects to build a new rural construction, especially country civilization. As we know, countries'cultural development can not be without farmers, whose cultural level technology and capacity is the key factor during the process of the new rural construction. My thesis will take Xixin town which is in Changchun as an example to explain how to build a new rural construction's custom, and this thesis has five main parts.The first part:according to preface, I will mainly introduce the background of the thesis. Then I will show you why I choice this topic and let you know the significance, the status of the research, I will define what do country custom mean.The second part:I will discuss the status and quo of the construction of our country's rural custom from four parts which are education, public cultural and customs, culture and social security. And then I will show you the deficiencies what we have now.The third part:comparing Xixin town before and after the reform from education, public culture, customs and culture and social order, I find out the best way of building the rural civilizationThe forth part:the thesis will find out the lack of construction and development of the rural construction in Xixin town. The reason why Xixin town's civilization building not so good, and I will find a way to due with itThe fifth part:by analyzing the problem during the development of the Xixin town, I will give some suggestion to build all of the other rural civilization in China.
