With the government's putting more money to the network infrastructure and the the opening of 3G networks, the number of teenagers netizens roses rapidly. The Internet has greatly changed living;thinking and learning patterns of our teenagers. They benefit from the internet, but at the same time, problems like unhealthy network moral language and behaviors brought about by the latter greatly influenced the establishment of their values, outlook on life, world outlook. Also, because of this, teenagesrs are facing problems like the weakening of interpersonal ability and the decline of responsibility and trust, which is harmful both to the normal and healthy growth of our teenagers and to the construction of a harmonious network.This thesis employs the methods of literature review and case analysis to investigate the youth ethics in the internet by the following four chapters.Chapter one is the introduction that mainly elucidates the background and meaning of this study, and meanwhile explores and discusses the breakthroughs and defects in the study methods and process.Chapter two at first explains the relevant concepts on the youth ethics in internet; and based on this, the phenomenon that reflects the deterioration of youth's internet language and behavior in the network era is examined to study its negative effects on the youth's"three sorts of world view"and social skill.Chapter three comprehensively probes the reasons why the youth internet moral is deteriorating in aspects of the virtual society in the worldwide web, the youth themselves, the lack of the education from family and school and lagging of ethical education in the web.Chapter four is the core part of this thesis. It goes in details on the solutions for the issue of youth internet ethics in the aspects of youth's Subjectivity moral construction and family, school, society and government attentions, and some new standpoints and recommendations is put forward to resolve this issue.
