The new term, migrant workers, appears with the reform and opening up of the development of socialist construction. It is a new group which accompanied by fast acceleration of industrialization and urbanization and the huge demand for labor resources. Mass of rural workers rush into the cities, especially in developed cities, including a large number of compulsory school-age children and adolescents. They are integrated vulnerable groups, vulnerable both physiological and social. They have difficulties in adapting to city life and promoting themselves. Most of them are at the bottom of the city since their fathers and their relatives are lack of satisfaction of the current situation which make them feel more strongly about the discrimination and exclusion of the city, which left wounds in the soul. As a result, they feel inferior in interpersonal communication and self-identity and they are critical of the society. All of these will interwoven in their interpersonal relationships.This article is based on in-depth investigations, combined with literature analysis, investigation and comparison. Through the analysis of the current situation of migrant children's psychological obstacles in interpersonal communication, it is found that psychological obstacles in interpersonal communication are mainly in:Motivation from the interaction point of view, children of migrant workers eager to exchange, but owing to the limitations of space limitations, the range of communication is limited. From the emotional exchanges of view, due to the small number of friends and fewer close friends, children of migrant workers have no place to tell their problems and difficulties, so their need of the feeling exchanges is to be transferred to the network of social contacts between young people and the virtual space; Emotionally from the interaction point of view, due to the small number of friends and fewer close friends, they feel more inferior in lack of family material basis and they can't find new friends in new circumstande, so they close their heart to the outside world and aren't willing to communicate with others. Finally, they are unsociable to develop the relationship with others.The article is also carefully analyzed the children of migrant workers of the social disorder causes, including their own reasons, family reasons, the school reasons and social reasons. Their own reasons are mainly in:poor quality and poor mental and moral behavior; family reasons are mainly in the absence of family education, parental occupation, "humble" and low income, and family relationships discord; school reasons are mainly manifested in the teaching management unreasonable, inappropriate teaching methods and peer influence; social reasons are mainly in traditional social attitudes of migrant workers and their children's prejudices, the dual structure system, the impact of comfortable and environment "changes,". In this paper focuses on the status of human communication disorders of the children of migrant workers and causes of secondary schools in the actual situation X, the corresponding measures of education:Government should give the children of migrant workers equal right to education; community understanding and support; improve the home environment and fully play the role of family education to build a harmonious school environment.
