With the amalgamation and interdependence of today's global economy, the interaction between politics and economy has been strengthened day by day. The economic politicalization as a phenomenon has also become very common and the trend that the economic collaboration among nations is to serve their political end has also become obvious. Political factors even play a decisive role in economic activities to some extent. After the Cold War, the trade and economic relations between China and South Korea has developed rapidly with establishment of their diplomatic relation. In short decades, the two nations' development and cooperation in industry such as trade, investment, finance and so on has become quite successful. However, there were still some unsatisfactory places while bilateral economic and trade relations between China and South Korea achieved outstanding results. These problems include:trade deficit between China and South Korea continue to expand and the trade friction between China and South Korea becomes more and more frequently in the respect of trade; in the respect of investment, China direct investment growth is not synchronized with South Korea's, Chinese investment in South Korea is often blocked and South Korean investment illegal withdraw from china. All the above problems are not only caused by economic factors such as the significant difference of commodity composition of import and export between the two countries as well as inappropriate management strategies of the two countries' enterprises, but also caused by many political factors. These political factors include international, national, and individuals at all levels. The international level includes the relations between the six countries(China, the United States, Japan, Russia, North and South Korea) in Northeast Asia and the political game on the RMB appreciation between China and the United States and other Western countries; The national level includes domestic and foreign policies and the strategic intents of China and South Korea; The individual level includes South Korean political parties, South Korean interest groups and extreme nationalism feeling by South Koreans. These political factors impact on economic and trade relations between China and South Korea to different degrees. Some of them hinder the development of bilateral economic and trade relations, for example, South Korean people's feeling of extreme nationalism hindered the development of bilateral investment; And some of them promote the development of Sino-South Korea economic and trade relations, for example, China and South Korean government's strategic intents issue the two countries hit it off in the currency exchange which promotes the deepening development of bilateral financial cooperation. Therefore, the analysis of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and South Korean political factors will help us accurately identify which political factors are positive, which political factors are negative. So as to play an active role in guiding the deepening development of economic and trade relations between China and South Korea as well as even all the countries in the world.
