In recent years, companies paying wages to laborers phenomenon has become a hot topic of common concern to all sectors, especially around the migrant workers are frequent incidents of wage arrears is particularly noteworthy. Workers had to take remedial actions, it certainly is not conducive to a harmonious society construction and development. Therefore, a reasonable wage regulation enterprises, safeguarding the rights of workers as wage standpoint of this study.First, the characteristics and causes of corporate wages were combing the realistic background of the study were outlined, the theoretical analysis and its countermeasures after the study provides a realistic basis; Secondly, from the theoretical analysis, analysis of the enterprise wage the need for legal regulation for the enterprise wage regulations provide a theoretical basis, including theories of justice, right to life theory, theory and protection of vulnerable groups, theory of a harmonious society; again, combined with our current situation, analyze the regulation of wages in enterprises positive and negative factors exist, in order to further improve the corporate wage regulation and provide a practical basis for lessons learned; Finally, based on the analysis discussed in the previous text, to improve the regulation of corporate wage offer specific recommendations, including pre-and post-prevention measures the contents of two blocks of relief.
