The Research And Analysis Of Talented People Development In Social Organ Ization In Xinjiang

"The Central Committee of the CCP about Construction Socialism Harmonious Society Certain Major issue's Decision" passed in the Party's 16 sixth plenary session has used"the Social organization"for the first time, and proposed"the perfect Social organization, the enhancement service society merit". The party 17 proposed the principles-"takes the Social organization constructs and manages". All levels of the government in Xinjiang respond party's summons positively, explores positively the path which suits the Social organization development in Xinjiang, and has made the positive progress. But we also should clearly see that because my area laid less importance on Social organization's development as well as the related laws and regulations policy and did not arrive to the Social organization function understanding, which causes the Social organization to develop not fully. Most important manifestation in insufficience of Social organization's development of talent management, lacks of the research on human resources development, which has caused the Social organization lack the attraction to the related professional. Thus affected the Social organization to further expand and to develop. Does not favor realizing construction harmonious Xinjiang's goal.The present paper is precisely with investigates and studies on the spot based on the Xinjiang Social organization development, through analytical study and the data gathering, synthesizes unifies, the empirical analysis and the comparative analysis ,using the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis . The paper describes present situation of Xinjiang Social organization human resources development, and attempts to propose the constructive mentality for Xinjiang's Social organization through studying the specialized knowledge.
