Research On Socialization Of Old-age Service Of Tianjin Heping District

In the 20th century, the variation of Chinese population and the increase of aging population are the necessary results of accelerated development of economic society. Our country has gradually presented the trend of inadequate function and resources in family support of old age, facing a variety of challenges in traditional aged-supporting system in recent years. Currently, as a developing country influenced by the limitation of funds and cultural concepts, we still cannot resolve and adjust all the aged-supporting issues in the short time. Thereafter, the establishment of an aged-supporting socialized system will be absolutely significant. To realize the transformation and development of the aged-supporting functions among family, society, government, and elderly people will conform to the dire need of population aging development trend, which is also a long-term beneficial subject.Based on the family support of old age, to establish a socialized system of aged-supporting service, supported by community and directed by government is an effective way to resolve the aged-supporting problems. The whole system has been tested in many areas of our country with effective results. In combination with the theories of demography, sociology, economics, and statistics, we use the methods of real evidence investigation, literature review, comparable analysis, and data analysis. Using the example of Tianjin Heping District, we analyze the process establishment of being as the demonstration entity for socialization of old-age service in details, aiming to figure out the related effective elements, concrete practices, developing status, and problems on constructing the socialized system of aged care services in Heping District. Based on our analysis and findings, in this article we also provide the reasonable resolutions and suggestions, which include breaking through the stereotyped systems, concepts, and services, enhancing the governmental direction, social participation and attention, promoting the development of socialization and industrialization of aged-supporting services, creating the social operational mechanism to combine the abilities of control, management, adjustment, and integration, in order to have the group of elderly people being taken care of properly and spend their remaining years in happiness.
